- It's not clear from your post why your doctor wants you to remain on
- Prednisone. Presumably he or she has some reason. Doctors are
- usually quite anxious to get people off steroids when possible.

- Alternate day therapy with 5mg of Prednisone probably has relatively
- few long term side-effects.
