  12. Can someone explain to me what makes the perscription of Nicoderm
  13. such a difficult perscription to obtain ??  I was smoking two packs
  14. a day and am trying to get started on the patches to quit smoking.
  15. The Doctor is refusing to give a perscription because I have the
  16. start of a blockage in my left leg.  I have had a vascular profile
  17. done since then and consultation with a vascular surgeon.  Concensus
  18. of opinion was that the condition does not warrant surgery but I do
  19. need to quit smoking, "OK thats what I started with but still no
  20. patches to help.  Again the question, Is Nicoderm more dangerous to
  21. the vascular system than a two pack a day habit ???
