  13. I heard a radio program extolling the virtues of the Canadian national
  14. health care program.  The guest could find nothing wrong with it, and
  15. said it ought to be the model for the US.

  17. Surely there must be another side to this argument.  Are there no
  18. shortcomings to the Canadian system?   And even if that were so, is
  19. it adaptable to the US?
