  11. I am studying the development of microstucture in sputtered metallic films.
  12. In particular I'm looking into how a preferred orientation of the crystal
  13. arises during growth.  Currently, I'm in the midst of a literature search,
  14. but "preferred orientation" isn't a good keyword to search on.  I've got
  15. some papers on "crystal growth from the vapor phase" but not much that's
  16. recent.  Does anyone know any good papers in this area or related areas?
