- I am studying the development of microstucture in sputtered metallic films.
- In particular I'm looking into how a preferred orientation of the crystal
- arises during growth. Currently, I'm in the midst of a literature search,
- but "preferred orientation" isn't a good keyword to search on. I've got
- some papers on "crystal growth from the vapor phase" but not much that's
- recent. Does anyone know any good papers in this area or related areas?
- Thanks in advance.
