- My wife has a semester project on archaeology and the law.
- She is especially interested in the law on treasure trove.
- Does anyone have any information on similarities between
- British and other laws on treasure trove, or perhaps the
- consequences of not having any? For "other" read Scandinavian,
- Dutch, Irish, countries with legal systems evolved from the
- British. Canadian would be especially interesting since the
- law on treasure trove has been recently changed (from the
- British model to something more suitable to Canadian
- circumstances?).
-
- please email me, and thanks.
