  25. Does anybody happen to know offhand if the La Coruna area recovered after
  26. that first spill (which happened in late 1970s).  Or do people simply get
  27. excited when there is a spill but find no funds from universities, research
  28. groups, or private industry for looking at the area 10 years later?
  29. What about Greenpeace which is supposed to be an authority on the effects of
  30. oil spills ---- or at least gives the impression?
