- Does anybody happen to know offhand if the La Coruna area recovered after
- that first spill (which happened in late 1970s). Or do people simply get
- excited when there is a spill but find no funds from universities, research
- groups, or private industry for looking at the area 10 years later?
- What about Greenpeace which is supposed to be an authority on the effects of
- oil spills ---- or at least gives the impression?
