  11. Very recently (probably early January 1993) a tanker ran aground and spilled
  12. oil off the Spanish coast, near La Coruna.  That is the second time that La
  13. Coruna has had a tanker spill.  I searched Enviroline for confirmation.  See

  22. I didn't see anything in Enviroline that looked like a study of long-term
  23. effects.  It would help in assessing impacts of the 1993 spill (the second
  24. spill) if somebody knew if the biology, etc. of the shorelines near La Coruna
  25. had been looked at between 1989 and 1992 - so that people would know if the
  26. area had recovered from the first spill and populations of shellfish and
  27. other intertidal invertebrates were back to what they had been before the
  28. Uriquiola had its accident.
