- AutoCAD has taken a defacto "standard" position in the PC
- CAD world for mechanical work. I have never tried it, though.
-
- My wife has Generic CADD on our PC at home and I think it
- stinks for any practical use. Of course I may be biased
- by using a NICE 3-dimensional workstation package.
-
- You might try Hewlett-Packard's ME10d. It is a 2-dimension
- PC based version of the workstation package that I use.
- I really like the construction line features.
-
- Contact a local Hewlett-Packard representative for information.
-
- (Warning: I am biased toward the HP systems.)
