  14. for a Senior Software Process Improvement Engineer. 
  15.  
  16. In this position, you will work with others in the business to: 
  17.  
  18. 1) Lead the definition of world-class software development processes and
  19.    tools suitable for real-time control system product development and
  20.    delivery; 
  21.  
  22. 2) Lead the implementation and deployment of the defined software processes
  23.    and tools, and 
  24.  
  25. 3) Maintain and manage software metrics.
  26.  
  27. MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  28.  
  29. B.S. in computer science or engineering;
  30.  
  31. At least eight years of experience in software design and development
  32.  (preferrably, embedded/real-time software);
  33.  
  34. At least two years of experience with the 
  35.    development and deployment of software development and maintenance process,
  36.    procedures and methods, 
  37.    software productivity and quality metrics collection and management, 
  38.    computer-aided software engineering tool selection, deployment and use.
