  12.     Hi netters,    
  13.     I need information about Canadian universities or univ.(s) 
  14.     in the States that offer Ocean Engineering program . 
  15.     My background is civil (structure). I am doing master now 
  16.     (hopefully, i can finish sometime in February 93) and I 
  17.     want to continue my study to get PhD. I do not know where 
  18.     I should go. Any suggestions or comments ?
