- Yes, space power stations are kinda expensive. No, they're not
- dangerous. The power densities in the beam are harmlessly low.
- You might not want to live in one, but passing planes and birds
- would not be in danger. Besides, it's expensive to make a tight
- beam at the Earth's surface because it requires a larger antenna
- array in orbit.

- designer would pick a frequency that was little absorbed or
- scattered by rain and clouds. This has all been discussed to
