  31. that the goal was to keep them down in the ghetto?  Everyone KNOWS
  32. that the goal is to force them into busses so that they can be bussed 
  33. to minium wage jobs and back like the blacks in South Africa.  
  34. The goal is to extract the maximum labor (and taxes!) from the poor 
  35. slave pool with the minimum consumption.  You only addressed the 
  36. consumption side and completely missed the production side.
