- There was an article in Byte: Ciarcia's Circuit Cellar Sept 1981 pg 38:
- "Build an Unlimited Vocabulary Speech Synthesizer". It has pinouts,
- programming info etc., although not a spec sheet. If it's not
- satisfactory, or you can't get the article, I'll fax you one. I also have
- lots of app note stuff left over from another project, but faxing it all
- would be a costly item. If you're interested, correspond by Email and
- we'll set something up.
- I think some of the chip merchants in the back of Byte or Computer Shopper
- might still have them, although they are REALLY OLD technology and you
- might want to investigate some of the other chips (National, TI, Siemens,
- or Signetics).
