- All right, it finally made it to the news last night:
- "Portable cell phones (not car phones with external antennas) can give
- you brain tumors." I personally wouldn't hold a 3 watt transmitter next
- to my head all day, but I think that the article tried to play on scare
- tactics. It was kind of like David Brodeaur's (sp?) _Currents of
- Death._ Now everyone with bagphones and hand-held models are going to
- try to sue motorola, right? Even if they only have a .6 watt model? I
- realize that some of the higher powered radios, such as the military
- motorolas, have warning stickers on them; however, I thought that they
- were much more powerful than the highest legal powered cell-phone.
- Anyway, what does net.wisdom say about this?
