- I'm currently working on an video art project that maps raster-
- scanned animation to a "wall" of 16 composite video monitors. I'm making
- this so that I may switch from video to raster mode by switching the yoke
- coil drive from the video boards to my own x-y source. The question is:
-
- How do I drive the x-y deflection coils on a crt?
-
- An integrated amp would be the best...but probably not the
- cheapest. Since I'm on a budget, a simple discrete amp would be okay,
- keeping in mind that I need to make 16 of these!
-
- Any info on how to drive these (voltage or current amp?),
- including shematics, would be greatly appreciated!
-
- Thanks,
