  13. I have been trying to "reverse engineer" RCA TAC-200 high band channel elements
  14. to come up with an inexpensive kit.  Receive is okay and almost done, but there
  15. are several parts on the Transmit channel element I cannot identify.  They are:

  17.     RT1, RT2 and RT3  which have a brown, yellow and black, respectively,
  18.         dots on them.  I think these are negative temperature coeficient
  19.         thermistors with values of about 3.5K, 6K and 30K at room temp.

  21.     CR1 the tuning diode.  Number on it is A1 7567 -1
  22.  
  23.     Q1  a NPN transistor.  Numbers on it are 185 593-1 144
  24.  
  25.     Q2  a PNP transistor.  Numbers on it are 185 131 183-1
  26.  
  27. If anyone can help me with the identification of these or provide me with
  28. information about suitable replacement parts for them, I would be most
