  11. I seem to remember that Panduit or some company like them
  12. made nylon straps (not zipties) that could be cinched to the
  13. body of the cap and then attached to the PCB with a fastener
  14. such as a machine screw and a nut. The straps were ridged
  15. on the surfaces that met to give a positive cinching position.

  17. I've seen this kind of stuff in industrial power supplies.
