  15. I looking for a circuit design toperform the following telephone function:

  17. Security systems which automatically dial out to report a disturbance
  18. use some sort of telephone line device which automatically "captures"
  19. the telephone line.  At the moment the Security System itself goes
  20. Off-Hook 
  21. to prepare to dial out, the line capture circuit automatically senses Off
  22. Hook 
  23. and disconnects any extension telephones that may be off-hook.  Then the 
  24. circuit regains a dial-tone by switching the telco line to On Hook for a
  25. second 
  26. and then goes back Off-hook to allow the security system to dial out.
