- Sure I can suggest a brand, Chevy. As in a 1972 Chevy Luv pickup with dirty and
- slightly rusted white spoke wheels. It'll never be touched. :-)
-
- What is a "disabler?" I presume it's an ignition cut-off device. (I've
- got one in every car)
-
- The punks in my neighborhood are pretty easy to scare off. I installed
- small transmitters in my cars connected to those motion sensing things
- sold for car alarms. A receiver in the house turns on three quartz flood
- lights providing instant day-time for anybody screwing with the cars.
- I also put a sonalert in the engine compartment of each car also connected
- to the motion switch both as a deterent and so I can tell which car is
- turning on the lights in the event of a problem.
-
- This system also provides the 'turn on the lights when you drive up'
- function.
-
- Good luck,
- John
