  14. I want to build or buy a relatively cheap flasher.  I want to flash
  15. an LED between 1 & 2 times/second.  I could use either 9 or 12 VDC (don't
  16. ask why - it's a long story).  Either a parts list, maybe with the pin
  17. outs, or a phone number for a catalog would be appreciated by this
  18. software engineer (hey, this is a *hardware* problem :-)
