- Typical clone of an IBM ISA bus.
-
- It is easy enough to put together a latch to capture port writes.
- Getting the timing right to be able to catch port reads looks harder.
-
- In other words, what I am trying to do is add a small board
- that sits on the ISA bus and COMPLETELY TRANSPARENTLY latches
- bytes (or words) as they are READ from a port by the processor.
-
- Does anyone have an idea of how to do this?
-
- This doesn't have to be reliable enough to be a commercial product,
- but should be reliable enough to provide more information than frustration.
-
- Please reply by email if possible
-
- Thanks
