- No...but I have considerable margin for error...Canada has legal
- immigration quotas of 250,000 per year, which I think includes
- refugees...the 1991 World Almanac which I have suggests the
- yearly immigration quota for the US is around 300,000 plus about
- 100,000 refugees...so at best legal immigration plus refugees
- in the US per year is less than half-a-million per year.

- Now there is about a factor of ten difference in population, as
- long as illegal immigration to the US is less than two million
- per year, Canada has a higher per capita immigration rate...if
- the US has an illegal immigrant for every legal one, say around
- half-a-million illegals per year...even then Canada's immigration
- rate still be over twice the rate per capita of the U.S.
