- Yes. This is a pain, as it means you can't sign Usenet message digests.

- I can see why PGP would want to "- " escape lines saying things like "-----END
- PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----", but it doesn't need to escape things like a line
- of 70 dashes.
