  14.      In Microsoft Word 4.0, besides using special fonts to get the
  15. equilibrium arrows, you can use the mathematical typesetting options
  16. (check under help for the specific info) to place one arrow on top
  17. of another.  Mathematical typesetting can be used for other effects
  18. such as the 'not equal to' sign.
