- In Microsoft Word 4.0, besides using special fonts to get the
- equilibrium arrows, you can use the mathematical typesetting options
- (check under help for the specific info) to place one arrow on top
- of another. Mathematical typesetting can be used for other effects
- such as the 'not equal to' sign.
