- The original poster was referring to its possible status as a "DEA
- controlled substance". This is a very specific type of regulation reserved
- for psychoactive chemicals and a few direct precursors, and I was
- responding to this referral; I stand by my belief that there is no reason
- to anticipate TCA's scheduling by the DEA.
