  13. I'm not sure that this is the right forum for my question, but I need to
  14. ask this.  Has anyone else heard a news report that the U.S. is planning
  15. on detonating a nuclear device in space?  I heard it this weekend on
  16. a Boston morning radio news broadcast but cannot track it down for any
  17. further information.  What I caught was that a planned nuclear detonation
  18. in space was being postponed for a few months to make sure that no
  19. satellites are damaged in the explosion.

  21. I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who knows anything about
  22. this.  Also, if you have the names of government agencies I could contact
  23. to confirm this, that would also be appreciated.
