  31. I think you should check the regulations on this. Anything developed by the
  32. government or under government contract IS in the public domain. All I have 
  33. to know is the contract number and make a request, especially if I am at
  34. a University. We here at UAH get tons and tons of software, hardware and
  35. other goodies from NASA with no problem. We also have done this with folks
  36. at JPL. Me thinks that you have not really tried to solve this problem or
  37. have stopped when someone told you that you could not. Give me the 
  38. contract or program number and we can request the information.
