  18. Office and H.M. Stationery Office.

  22. hardbound; I don't know if it's available in softcover).  I got mine back
  23. in September or so, having ordered it in advance.  Unfortunately, I've 
  24. forgotten what it cost me; I think it was in the $50 (+/- $15) range, and
  25. I know I got a discount by ordering it early.
