  24. I am a member, I tried to return an order.  I wrote them a letter asking for
  25. a RMA and return postage (why not maybee they would pay for it).  I never got
  26. a response.  I still have the books.  It seems like there is no one at the
  27. bookclub that can reply to a letter.  Are all book clubs like this?

  29. The reasion I was returning the books was because one had the binding broken,
  30. and the other with the club discount was the same price that was stamped on the
  31. book ( supposed list price - discount = price stamped on the book).  I verified
  32. this price with a local book store.

  34. Also on my free book the cover was on backwords.  So if you opened the book
  35. using the cover as a reference then you were at the last page of the index.  I
  36. didnt complain because it was free.
