  17. I went to Cabarete last May and got 3 days of good (5.0) sailing in
  18. 2 weeks. The rest of the time it was soooo dead that even Vela 
  19. willingly gave "no wind credits". And it rained every day! 
  20. I went riding (horse) one day out of shear boredom. It was fun, but
  21. not what I went there for. You can also bike, rent scooters, hang out,
  22. all of which are fun to do in a place like the RD.
  23. I think March could be a litte iffy for wind, though.
