- Yep, the subject says it all. I didn't understand Jan Meyer's article/flyer
- "Newbie blues" until now, when I am afflicted with such condition.
-
- You're no longer impressed with the thought of dying on THIS jump. The AFF
- course feels like it was 10 years ago instead of last year. You're somewhat
- waiting for the 100 jump mark (note: some call this stage the 25-100 do-or-die)
- but not really excited by 'number of jumps' alone. You want to try RW but
- you're not a skygod. Maybe freestyle? Style and accuracy? BASE? Skysurf?
-
- You're relaxed enough to fart on jump run, to fart in freefall. But you're
- still too 'young' in skydiving experience to do the 'hot stuff'. You'd like
- to learn more, but there's that GAP between one-on-one and 4W. Worse of all,
- you don't have a mentor or mentors. No Daddy Warbucks to bankroll your bills.
-
- Bartender, another Sterno, please.
