  19.  WHAT?? Er, please don't *anybody* believe this for an instant! As has 
  20.  been noted in earlier responses, ATC will sometimes even vector traffic
  21.  over a DZ. Not to mention the fact that in most cases there is no
  22.  requirement for the pilot to be talking to ATC at all!
