  15. I know of a friend with a bad back ( not a ruptured disk thought, just
  16. very painful lower back ).  She finally was convince by her diver friends to
  17. see a dive doctor and explain the situation.

  19. The doctor approved her learning to dive with the proviso that carrying of
  20. tanks (and weight belts ) should be avoided as much as possible.
  21.  
  22. She now has her tanks taken to the shores/boat  on a little fold-up trolley.
  23. On boat dives, bc removed in water, tied to a line and somebody else pulls 
  24. it up.
