  21.     We dove with two different operators in St. Maarten (Philipsberg)
  22.     in Oct 91, but didn't go to Saba - weather & bloom conditions.  I
  23.     believe that both operators can make it a day trip, but you should
  24.     confirm that with them.

  31.     Enjoyable, though not spectacular, diving.  LeRoy and his wife
  32.     Dominique Noire are quite knowledgable and very pleasant to dive
  33.     with.  We highly recommend the Dawn Beach Resort for accommedations
  34.     and a rental car for exploring both the Dutch and French sides.  A
  35.     great little island for a romantic getaway!
