- We dove with two different operators in St. Maarten (Philipsberg)
- in Oct 91, but didn't go to Saba - weather & bloom conditions. I
- believe that both operators can make it a day trip, but you should
- confirm that with them.

- Enjoyable, though not spectacular, diving. LeRoy and his wife
- Dominique Noire are quite knowledgable and very pleasant to dive
- with. We highly recommend the Dawn Beach Resort for accommedations
- and a rental car for exploring both the Dutch and French sides. A
- great little island for a romantic getaway!
