  20. You can take the PADI Underwater Photography course at Riding Rock
  21. Inn, Sal Salvador, Bahamas.  Bob Maar, on of the dive masters at
  22. the operation is certified to teach the course.  It consists of
  23. one afternoon of classroom work, plus to tutored dives, one deep
  24. dive (60-80 ft.) with a standard lens, and one shallow dive (~25 ft.)
  25. with a set of extension tubes for close-up work.  The course cost
  26. is about $160.00 (if I remember correctly).  It's best if you've
  27. already got your own Nikonos, but they'll rent the necessary camera
  28. gear for a small additional fee.  They *do* provide loaner extension
  29. tubes free of charge as part of the course.

  31. I took it from Bob this last June, and I really got a lot out of
  32. it.  The close-up shots I took are some of the best underwater
  33. photos I've ever taken.
