- I don't know about physically, but I could never imagine tormenting
- myself with running in the same place, staring at the same wall for
- more than 10 minutes a year. Muchless 40 miles a week all winter long.
- I don't know about you, but most of what I love about running comes
- the running itself: enjoying the scenery, exploring new areas, finding
- new trails, and greeting other runners along the way (I only say runners
- because often on those frigid days, the people I see are runners and
- mailmen). Running indoors on a treadmill would kill me!!
