- Has anyone had "plica syndrome" in a knee, resulting in a damaged meniscus?
- The plica syndrome is a ligament becoming disattached from the inner knee
- (in my case), sort of like a rubber band that binds when the knee is flexed.
- This has gone away from not running for a while, but i think the cushioning
- cartilage there (meniscus) has been damaged. I have not had an MRI as of yet.
- I am wondering if this is something that will heal on its own.

- Thank you very much,
