- Take it from somebody who has ridden the two SDC Hurricane's instaled
- in this country -- they were close enough to identical not to matter,
- *and* neither of them is particularly wimpy, especially in that
- one certain little swoop drop...
-
- I remember I have told everybody that I cracked a rib on the one
- on Long Island...did I remember to mention that the owner of the
- park was standing on the platform when I got off the ride holding my side?!?
- He looked very concerned and ask 'Are you alright?'
- I recovered quickly and said 'It's an old football injury. It acts-up
- from time to time'.
-
- *whew* He bought it.

- p.s. I heartily encourage people to go to Adventureland on Long Island.
- The owner of the park is one of the nicest persons I have ever met in
- all of my coaster travels. His park deserves to be patronized (sp).
