  13. I think you're looking for SFMM on the Northern California map, not the
  14. Southern California map...SFMM is in Valencia, CA (yes, this town does
  15. exist).  Valencia is about a 45 minute (with no traffic jams) drive 
  16. North of LAX.  Take the 405 North till it merges with the 5 Freeway, then
  17. take the 5 North till you get to Valencia.

  19. The park you mentioned near San Jose is Paramount's (aka Kings Entertainments)
  20. Great America.  Its was originally a duplicate of the Great America park
  21. in Chicago, but Six Flags invested a lot more in rides and maintenance than
  22. Kings Entertainment.  While you'll immediately recognize the layout (if 
  23. you've been to the Chicago park), you'll soon notice that all those new, large
  24. steelies are missing from the California park.

  26. Paramount's Great America should open about the second weekend in March for
  27. weekend operation until Memorial Day (and then full time for the Summer).
