- I was thinking about selling green visco fuse at a gun show or two here in
- Ohio. What do I have to do to sell this stuff legally? When you ship
- fuse it is DOT Class C, but to buy Class C fireworks here in Ohio, you have
- to sign a disclaimer saying you will not shoot them in the state. However,
- I can buy visco fuse at the local gun shop without signing anything. It
- is green visco "cannon fuse". Now if fuse is class C why don't I have to
- sign a disclaimer and can I sell it at gun shows without requiring customers
- to sign a disclaimer?
-
- Thanks for any input - Dan
