  13. I was thinking about selling green visco fuse at a gun show or two here in
  14. Ohio.  What do I have to do to sell this stuff legally?  When you ship
  15. fuse it is DOT Class C, but to buy Class C fireworks here in Ohio, you have
  16. to sign a disclaimer saying you will not shoot them in the state.  However,
  17. I can buy visco fuse at the local gun shop without signing anything.  It
  18. is green visco "cannon fuse".  Now if fuse is class C why don't I have to 
  19. sign a disclaimer and can I sell it at gun shows without requiring customers
  20. to sign a disclaimer?
