- Try this: just try opening your fingers from a closed fist (and
- then back to a fist) repeatedly. You probably won't feel anything
- for maybe 30 seconds, then after a minute a burn will begin.
- It will be quite noticable after that. Be sure to open your fingers
- as wide as possible, don't cheat. A more difficult method is to
- rotate your wrists while opening and closing your fingers --
