  33. No flames intended but I wonder if Ms Ramirez didn't confuse the flak
  34. jackets of some officers (S.W.A.T?) and the lack of such attire on others 
  35. with two different organizations.  Does anyone know if the military involves
  36. itself with police raid these days?

  38. On another note, should the police wait to be fired upon to establish that
  39. the gun was loaded.  If someone swings at me outside the dojo, I am not 
  40. going to assume that he is going to hold back at the last second.
