- Hmm, so what did you find bad about "Rapid Fire"?
- I thought it was a pretty good movie all around, not just as an MA
- movie. It isnt some great epic or oscar winner, but a fun movie to
- watch. It had good fight scene, a reasonable plot, some character
- development, some humour nado nado.

- Well, Martial Arts Comedy are really Jackie Chan's stock and trade.
- I havent seen any movies, no matter how serious, that he doesnt throw
- in at least one funny bit. But also, his background is in Acting more
- then it is in Martial Arts.
-
- But as for complaints about using acrobatics stunts, I've heard this
- criticism from others about Jackie Chan movies. I really dont see why
- this is a negative, I see acrobatic ability just as part of Martial
- Arts as a good punch. Isnt being able to do those difficult movements
- (ie. maneuverability) a tactical advantage in a fight. One of the
- reasons IMHO Jackie Chan movies are good, is that he uses not only
- kicks and punches to beat his opponents, but also a whole lot of
- imaginative tricks (in the form of acrobatics) to out wit and out
- maneuver them.

- Haven't seen it, unfortunately.
