- [On yet another query about chi.]

- + Well, at Beijing University, people who are 'able to
- +use their Chi' are studied because of their <ability to move
- +objects with their minds>. I forget the word for <>. It seems
- +that they can occasionally do it, but not so much on demand.
- +You can get Chi from certain exercises, and people who are good with
- +their Chi can either give or take it, leaving you strong or weak,
- +so they say.
-
- I was curious where you had read that. Most university research
- I have heard/read of have to do with curative properties (e.g.,
- purifying water, positive results for AIDS, cancer, etc.) whether
- it be by the action of the exercises or the supposed projection or
- transmission of chi into some organism.
-
- I think you're referring to telekinesis. While there have been
- more grandiose claims, I thought there were hardly any claims of
- telekinesis anymore (maybe too easy to disprove?).
