- Hi ho,
- Does anyone out there know what the optimal angle at the delta apex
- (angle between leading edge spars) would be- or in what way the angle
- effects flight characteristics- the somewhat arbitrary design I've cooked
- up for my 18' delta has an apex angle of 112 degrees - trailing edge=
- 18' (tip to tip). This seems to be well withing the range I've found
- in commerically manufactured kites tending perhaps to the wide end of the
- spectrum- should I decrease it?
