  14. I know its not for a while but I thought I should let people know how
  15. its going.

  18. When and Where

  20.     1-5th September 1993 in Leeds, the North of England, Europe
  21.  
  22. Facilities

  24.     So far the convention will take place on two different sites. The
  25. sports halls will be at the Metropolitan University (where the
  26. British one was a few years ago) and most of the accomodation is at
  27. University Halls of residence 20 mins walk away. There will be a
  28. shuttle bus between the two sites. The price for rooms is about stlg12
  29. sterling a night. At the Universty that includes breakfast, at the
  30. Metropolitan that does not. Camping is of course free and there will
  31. be places to park up buses.

  33. Cost and Registration.

  35.     The convention will cost stlg25 sterling for all 5 days. There will
  36. be tickets for less days available at cheeper prices. I don't have
  37. the address for registration at the moment but if you want it the
  38. email me.

  40. Other Attractions.

  42. ___THE PEKING OPERA____
  43.  
  44.     Its looking very likely that 15 members of the Peking Opera will
  45. be coming across to preform in the public show and GIVE WORKSHOPS.
  46.     If anyone hasn't come across the Peking Opera, its got very
  47. little to do with singing and lots to do with circus (acrobatics,
  48. clowning, staff twirling, sword, hammers,.....) Not to be missed.

  50.     Unfortunately we were unable to get a major European circus, the
  51. council weren't able to underwrite them and so it was too big a risk.

  53.     Were also trying to get Antony Gatto to come along and Karl
  54. Heinze Zeithan (I dont think I've spelt that right but never mind)
  55. but nothing is confirmed yet.
  56.  
  57.     There will be 2 or 3 public shows, everyone who comes gets a free
  58. ticket to one of those and there will be the Renegade show on a
  59. couple of nights aswell.

  61.     I think I've rambled enough. If you're not convinced yet then I
  62. don'k know what to do.
