- Well, a friend here in Freehold NJ has a 226 with over *40,000*
- rounds through it. I pulled it apart a few weeks ago and there
- is NO visible wear on the rails! I was pretty amazed. The gun
- is pretty loose at this point, but he says it is as accurate as
- the day it came out of the box. My 220 has about 39 thousand
- rounds to go before I get to that point. A real chore, let me
- tell you :).
