- print viewpoint is of minor importance. You did it because
- you are a responsible gun owner interested in keeping his guns in
- serviceable condition. BTW, who is interested in fingerprints
- when it is wholly clear from the start who used the gun?

- If the law doesn't prohibit HPs, I don't think that they would
- pose a problem. HPs are, for instance, less penetrative than
- round-nosed bullets.

- This is a means of protecting bystanders, neighbors, etc. (I
- never understood why certain police forces use FMJ bullets.
- IMHO, that's utter insanity for street usage.)

- If you shoot in defense, you shoot to stop. (SJ)HPs are the best
- means of _stopping_ an attack. Riddling an assailer with 9mm
- holes is not.
