    The BATF asks this question because they need to knwo what hours
they can expect you to be "open for business" so they can have fixed times
in which they will know you are available in the event that they wish to
examine your records.

    By signing the form you give them consent to visit you, without
calling ahead, anytime during the business hours you specify. As far as I
know they DO NOT require that you admit the _public_ during those hours,
just that you be present to admit _them_.
