I hope this is not to far from the charter, but I've been wondering
about the effectiveness of the fairly new irritant gasses containing
Oleoresin Capsicum. I can envision circumstances where one of these
gas canisters would come in handy, as well as being very unobtrusive.
Particularly, I'm looking at a product called Punch II Mk2 manufactured by
Aerko International. It contains 5% Oleoresin Capsicum. Anybody have any experience using this stuff? Is it really better than mace? Please email me if you wish to save bandwidth.
